Plot: ABSOLUTELY HYSTERICAL: Son Sam leaves father Tim alone during the day with instructions to do the laundry. But words in the instructions had begun to sound like the words "The Dark Knight". Then Tim catches occasional glimpses of a tall, lean man in different rooms of the house. Suddenly we see the tall man - it's Kevin Conroy, who voiced Batman in the eponymous animated series. The viewer immediately gets the joke because Tim Daly voiced Superman in that character's eponymous animated series. Both men are completely in character as their verbal battle becomes a physical one in a kind-of reenactment - including original dialog - of the two characters' climactic battle scene from the graphic novel THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS.
