Synopsis: Aquaman 2 is lost for good. Vince now volunteers to replace Zach Braff to be auctioned as dream-date for Sloan's charity.Ari gets $11 million from Terrance (Malcolm McDowell) in a severance settlement (Ari had threatened to sue Terrance for failing to pay Ari his fair share of profits that Ari earned for the agency during his time there) and sneakily starts spending it on upgrading his agency. He shows Mrs Gold a huge office space that he is renting, with plans to hire 150 agents, all working for him. Adam Davies gets wind of this and successfully demands a lucrative partnership (Ari hates Adam Davies for selling him out to Terrance when Ari was fired but is forced to accept Adam's terms to keep the agency deal a secret). Adam wants a partnership, a corner office and a $1 million in guaranteed salary. Ari is afraid that if Terrance comes to know that Ari is opening the big agency, that he will back out of the payment agreement.Eric is worrying about waking up spooned with Tori makes it into a problem. He attends Sloan's charity function (and he takes the guys with him, so he can leave for lunch if it gets awkward with Tori) & finds that Tori is avoiding her. The event is in the evening and Sloan was preparing for the event during the day, finalizing all the final details at the venue. So, E decides to head over to Tori's hotel room to apologize. The guys advise against any such misadventure. While E visits Tori's hotel, he runs into Seth Green, who asks E about Sloan (he implies that he had a past with Sloan, but wont elaborate), while ribbing him about other stuff. When E finally meets Tori, she thinks that E is trying to cheat on Sloan with her and feels very weird that E would come around like that to meet her. Tori says that Sloan is a very good friend of hers and she wouldn't cheat on her with Eric.E is off feeling very guilty (that Tori basically called him a stalker). E admits to Vince that when he spooned Tori, he really wanted her and he wanted her more than Sloan. Later that night Tori walks over (during the charity event.. Tori cleans up real good and is looking sexy) & proposes another threesome to E, but this time with no rules. E is so nervous that Sloan will find E's real feelings for Tori, that he decides to leave early (E tells Vince that he just wants to grab Tori and take her in the coat room). But Sloan sees him (E says he is going home as he is feeling sick) & tells him to go back to her place and she will take care of him once she is done with her event. The next morning, Tori is leaving to catch her flight early. E hears her moving about the house. He admits that he wants her. Tori wants him too, but asks him not to cheat on Sloan, & moves on.
