Plot: Klein investigates when Brendan Bailey a man who murdered a young girl 14 years previously is attacked and robbed on the way home from the pub, and is unable to remember anything prior to the incident Nick suspects that the attacker may be the father of another young girl who disappeared without trace just months after the first murder when the man is exonerated he takes it upon himself to track down Brendan and hold him at gunpoint until he reveals the location of his missing daughters body Nick manages to defuse the situation but when Brendan follows him to Jamaica Wharf Brendan is shot twice at close range with Nick being the only witness willing to identify the mysterious gunman.
