Plot: AFTERNOON CLOSURE is a 16 channel short film that tracks the path of eight characters moving through an unidentified residential space. Shot in one single take, using sixteen static and pre-existing security cameras; the film slowly reveals itself as a scene of murder, with each character being killed when off camera, only to return onscreen to die. The horror troupes are only emphasized by the ominous score accompanying the film. The narrative of the film comes together off camera, while also identifying the failure of the security cameras to protect the people that reside in the home. The film also plays to the impossibility of watching all screens simultaneously, making it almost impossible for the viewer to see the film in its entirety.—Anonymous
